The G Club, a high-end membership organisation, approached ecoform with a vision for their exhibition stand. With a large 100 square meter floor space, their goal was to create an exclusive, invite-only atmosphere while maintaining a premium, welcoming environment for select visitors.
The Outcome
The finished stand perfectly encapsulated the G Club’s vision of exclusivity and warmth, while offering functional spaces for private meetings, branding opportunities, and visitor engagement. The wooden features and greenery created a natural, luxurious environment, and the carefully managed footfall reinforced the ‘invite-only’ feel the client desired. Moreover, the use of sustainable materials and ecoform’s modular system ensured that the stand met the highest environmental standards without compromising on quality or style.
Despite the scale of the stand, ecoform’s modular system allowed for a quick and efficient installation. This modular approach provided the G Club with a fully custom look and feel, while minimising setup time and offering the potential for future reconfigurations at other exhibitions.
All branding materials were produced using recyclable tension fabric graphics, aligning with ecoform’s commitment to sustainability while providing a high-quality finish. The fabric allowed for bold, vibrant branding while ensuring that the stand’s environmental impact was minimised.
Given that the G Club’s branding often features dark tones, particularly black backgrounds, we introduced contrasting exposed wooden elements throughout the space. This added warmth to the overall design, creating a natural, premium feel while aligning with the G Club’s high-end image.
To achieve the client’s goal of managing footfall, we lined the perimeter of the space with low-lying planters. These planters served two purposes: they directed visitors to enter through the reception/welcome desk, maintaining the ‘invite-only’ atmosphere, and they allowed for the integration of greenery, which complemented the wooden features and enhanced the stand’s premium aesthetic.
We installed tall walling at the rear of the stand, giving the space structure and providing a natural backdrop for large branding elements. A large overhead fascia cut through the space, offering an ideal location for the G Club’s logo, ensuring their brand was prominently visible across the exhibition hall.
