Karrimor’s exhibition space covered approximately 60 square meters, offering ample room for a customized design. However, the brand needed a solution that would showcase a wide range of products, particularly rucksacks and carryalls, without overwhelming or obstructing the flow of the space.

ecoform responded to Karrimor’s requirements with a fully customised, sustainable exhibition stand that addressed their needs while reflecting our core values of sustainability and minimal environmental impact.
The finished exhibition stand delivered on all fronts. It offered Karrimor the perfect balance of product display, branding, and open space, creating a welcoming environment that encouraged visitor engagement. The stand’s sustainable design aligned with both ecoform’s and Karrimor’s commitment to minimising environmental impact, proving that eco-friendly solutions don’t have to compromise quality or style.
Understanding the client’s need for sustainability, we designed the stand with reusability in mind. The entire structure was modular, allowing it to be reconfigured to fit different floor dimensions at future exhibitions. This stand has already been installed multiple times across Europe, providing Karrimor with a consistent look and feel at each event, while minimizing environmental impact and reducing costs.
To maximize branding and ensure a high-quality finish, all walls were clad in recyclable tension fabric graphics. This sustainable solution provided a large, brandable surface area while reducing environmental impact.
We designed a bespoke plywood display plinth to showcase Karrimor’s signature rucksacks and carryalls, offering a clean and natural look. To accommodate the need for an extensive product display without overcrowding the space, we developed a tool-less shelving system. This system integrated seamlessly with the wall cladding, optimizing product visibility while maintaining an open and spacious feel.
For additional height and branding visibility, we rigged a 1.5-meter-deep overhead banner positioned close to the top of the walling structure. This allowed Karrimor’s branding to stand out from across the exhibition hall, ensuring visibility from various angles.
